General Questions

Why should I study abroad?

Studying abroad gives you access to world-class education, international exposure, global career opportunities, and personal growth. Many countries also offer post-study work visas that allow you to gain international work experience and even settle abroad permanently.

At what age or qualification can I apply for abroad studies?

Students after Class 12 can apply for undergraduate programs (Bachelor's), and graduates can apply for postgraduate programs (Master's / MBA / MS). Working professionals can apply for MBA, Executive Programs, or PhD. There is no upper age limit for studying abroad.

Admission Process

When should I start the admission process?

Ideally, you should start at least 12–18 months before your intended intake. For example, if you want to join in September 2026, start the process by October–November 2025. Early starters get better university options, more time for SOP preparation, and higher scholarship chances.

What documents are required for applying to universities abroad?

Common documents required include: Academic transcripts & marksheets, Degree certificates, IELTS / TOEFL / PTE scores, Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), Updated CV / Resume, Passport copy, Work experience letters (if applicable), and Portfolio (for design / arts courses).

What is an SOP and why is it important?

SOP stands for Statement of Purpose. It is a personal essay where you explain your academic background, career goals, why you chose a particular course and university, and what you plan to do after graduation. A strong SOP can make a significant difference in getting admission to competitive universities.

Can I apply to multiple universities at the same time?

Yes, absolutely! We recommend applying to 6–10 universities divided into Dream, Target, and Safe categories. This maximises your chances of securing at least one strong offer. We manage all your applications simultaneously to save time and avoid deadline clashes.

What if my academic percentage is low? Can I still get admission?

Yes! Many universities abroad consider your overall profile — not just marks. A strong IELTS score, work experience, a compelling SOP, and good LORs can compensate for lower academic scores. We specialise in finding the right universities for all types of profiles.

Psychometric Career Guidance

What is a psychometric test?

A psychometric test is a scientifically validated assessment that measures your personality type, aptitude, interests, and emotional intelligence. It helps identify which careers and academic streams are the best match for your natural strengths and personality — removing guesswork from your decision.

How long does the psychometric test take?

The online assessment typically takes 20–30 minutes to complete. After that, our team generates a detailed 15–20 page personalised report and schedules a 1-on-1 counselling session with a certified career counsellor to walk you through the results.

Who should take the psychometric assessment?

It is ideal for Class 10, 11, and 12 students choosing their stream, graduates confused about their Masters options, working professionals planning a career shift or MBA abroad, and anyone who is undecided about what to study or which country to go to.

Is the psychometric test free?

Yes! We offer a free initial psychometric session. Fill in our booking form and our counsellor will schedule your free test and report session within 24 hours.

Visa & Documentation

How difficult is it to get a student visa?

A student visa is relatively straightforward if you have a genuine university offer letter, sufficient funds proof, strong academic background, and a clear study purpose. Our team has a 98% visa success rate and prepares your entire visa file to ensure the strongest possible application.

What documents are required for a student visa?

Key documents typically include: University offer letter, IELTS / TOEFL scores, Bank statements (funds proof), Passport, Academic documents, Visa application form, Financial sponsorship letter, and sometimes a Statement of Purpose. Requirements vary by country — our team guides you through every step.

How much funds do I need to show for a student visa?

Funds requirements vary by country. For example — UK requires showing 1 year's tuition + living costs (approx. £25,000–£35,000), Canada requires tuition + CAD 10,000 for living, Australia requires AUD 20,000–24,000. We calculate the exact amount for your specific case.

Can I work while studying abroad?

Yes! Most countries allow international students to work part-time. UK and Australia allow up to 20 hours/week during studies and full-time during holidays. Canada allows 20 hours/week off-campus. Germany allows 120 full days or 240 half-days per year. USA (CPT/OPT) allows work with restrictions.

Scholarships & Education Loans

Can I get a scholarship to study abroad?

Yes! Thousands of scholarships are available for Indian students. These include university merit scholarships, country-specific scholarships (like Chevening for UK, Vanier for Canada), government scholarships (like DAAD for Germany), and need-based grants. Our team identifies scholarships matching your profile and helps you apply.

How do I apply for an education loan for studying abroad?

Education loans are available from nationalised banks (SBI, Bank of Baroda), private banks (HDFC Credila, Axis Bank), and NBFCs (Avanse, Auxilo). Loan amounts range from ₹10 lakhs to ₹1.5 crore depending on the lender and country. We assist you in choosing the right lender and preparing your loan documentation.

Is collateral required for an education loan?

It depends on the loan amount. Many lenders offer collateral-free loans up to ₹40–50 lakhs for premium universities. For higher amounts or less-known universities, collateral (property, FD) may be required. Our team helps you find the best collateral-free loan options for your profile.

IELTS / TOEFL & English Tests

Is IELTS compulsory for studying abroad?

For most English-speaking countries (UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Ireland, New Zealand), an English proficiency test is required. IELTS and TOEFL are the most widely accepted. Some universities also accept PTE Academic or Duolingo English Test. Germany and other non-English countries may not require it for English-taught programs.

What is a good IELTS score for abroad universities?

Most universities require an overall band of 6.0–6.5 for undergraduate programs and 6.5–7.0 for postgraduate programs. Top universities may require 7.0–7.5. Some universities also have minimum band requirements for individual sections (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). We advise the exact requirement for your target universities.

How long does it take to prepare for IELTS?

On average, 6–8 weeks of dedicated preparation is sufficient for most students to achieve their target score. We offer structured IELTS coaching and mock tests to help you reach your target band efficiently.

Cost & Fees

How much does it cost to study abroad?

Costs vary widely by country and course. Approximate annual costs (tuition + living) — USA: ₹35–60 lakhs, UK: ₹25–50 lakhs, Canada: ₹20–40 lakhs, Australia: ₹22–40 lakhs, Germany: ₹5–12 lakhs (mostly living costs as tuition is free at public universities), Ireland: ₹18–35 lakhs.

Are there affordable countries to study abroad?

Yes! Germany, France, and Norway offer free or very low tuition at public universities. Countries like Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Malaysia also offer very affordable tuition with good quality education. We can help you find the best value-for-money study destination based on your goals and budget.

Country-Wise Questions

Which country is best for studying abroad from India?

It depends on your goals — Canada and Australia are best for PR and post-study work rights. UK offers 2-year post-study work visas. Germany is best for budget-conscious students. USA has the best universities globally. Our counsellors help you pick the right country based on your course, budget, and long-term goals.

Can I get PR (Permanent Residency) after studying abroad?

Canada's Express Entry and PNP programs are especially popular among Indian students. We guide you on choosing courses and institutions that maximise your PR prospects.

Is it safe to study abroad as an Indian student?

Yes! Countries like Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and Ireland are very safe and welcoming for Indian students. There are large Indian communities in all these countries.
